¶1. (U) Pol Chief contacted Ingibjorg Davidsdottir, Counsellor for
Human Rights at the Icelandic Ministry for Foreign Affairs on 17
December to convey reftel points. Davidsdottir replied that
Iceland's "no" vote on Draft Resolution L.65/Rev 1 regarding funding
for the Durban Review Conference was "certain."
